About Stratdel
Turning Decisions Into Finished Work

The clearest way to think about Stratdel is this: we help leadership teams turn important decisions into finished work. Stratdel brings senior finance, operations, and technology leadership into the business, stays close to execution, and remains accountable for the outcome.

Our Story

Founded to close the gap between decision and result

Stratdel was founded by Austin Gilbert around a practical observation: leaders usually know where they want the business to go. The harder part is creating enough ownership, capacity, and operating discipline to get there while the company is still running every day.

That is what the business was built to solve. What matters about Stratdel is the space we occupy between a recommendation and a result. Sometimes that means stepping into a fractional CFO, COO, or CIO seat. Other times it means leading a focused engagement across capital, transformation, integration, operations, or growth.

Our Mission

Close the gap between strategy and execution

Our mission is to close the gap between strategy and execution by bringing experienced leadership, practical judgment, and disciplined implementation to the priorities that matter most. The work should improve performance now and leave the business better equipped for what comes next.

Strategy creates direction. Execution creates outcomes. That belief shapes how we work: senior people stay involved, progress is measured in business results rather than presentations, and every engagement is designed to strengthen the client's own capability instead of creating dependence.

What We Stand For

How Stratdel works

We Own the Outcome, Not the Recommendation

A recommendation is only useful if the business can act on it. Stratdel stays involved after the roadmap is built - helping make decisions, resolve issues, coordinate teams, and keep the work moving. Our role is not to leave you with more to manage. It is to help carry the priority through to a measurable result.

Senior Operators - Never Junior Layers

The person helping frame the problem stays close to the work. Every Stratdel engagement is led by an experienced operator who remains accountable from assessment through transition. When another discipline is needed, we bring in senior expertise through the Executive Partner Platform without handing the engagement off to a junior team.

Finance, Operations, and Technology, Working as One

Business problems rarely stay inside one function. A cash issue may start in operations. A technology decision may change cost, controls, and customer experience. Stratdel connects finance, operations, and technology in one business context so leadership can see the tradeoffs clearly and solve the whole problem instead of one piece at a time.

    Our Core Values

Five beliefs that shape the work

    Leadership Creates Momentum

Good leadership creates clarity, ownership, and forward motion. We help teams make the decisions that matter, remove ambiguity, and keep important work from getting stuck between functions or competing priorities.

    Only Executable Advice Counts

A smart idea that cannot be carried out in the real business is not useful. Recommendations have to fit the company's people, financial capacity, systems, risk tolerance, and pace of change - and they need clear ownership behind them.

    One Business, Not Silos

Finance, operations, and technology are different disciplines, but they shape the same outcome. We look across those boundaries so one improvement does not quietly create a new problem somewhere else.

    Build Capability, Not Dependence

We are not trying to become permanent infrastructure. We strengthen leaders, routines, information, and management systems so the client can sustain the work after our role becomes smaller or ends.

    Outcomes and Adoption Both Matter

A result has to show up in the numbers and in the way people work. We pay attention to adoption, accountability, and the routines that make an improvement stick - not just whether a milestone was checked off.

      Optimize & Grow

Measure what changed, strengthen the operating routine, and transfer ownership to the client team.

        Client Feedback

        Trusted to Deliver

Leaders bring Stratdel in when the issue is important enough to need senior attention from start to finish. Their feedback reflects the difference between receiving advice and having an experienced operator stay close to the decisions, the people, and the work until progress is real.

“We didn’t have structure or process. The Stratdel project manager we worked with was results driven. We just said it needed to be done and he made it happen. He brought a tremendous amount of value add.”
“I was extremely happy with their ability to come in, take full accountability on the project and command the respect and responsiveness needed to redirect the contributors to follow through and take ownership on their deliverables.”
“Communication was his best attribute, followed by his ability to build personal relationships, make connections with clients and build trust. Also, his attention to detail.”
          How We Deliver

          The Executive Partner Platform

Stratdel is intentionally senior-led. One executive stays accountable for the engagement, and when the work requires expertise beyond that person's discipline, we add experienced operators and specialists through the Executive Partner Platform. You get the reach the situation requires without losing a single point of accountability.

          The Platform

What it is, and what it is not

          What it is

Experienced executives and specialists across finance, operations, technology, and adjacent disciplines.

Brought in selectively when the engagement genuinely needs another perspective or capability.

Coordinated through one accountable Stratdel relationship, so the client is never managing a collection of providers.

Held to the same expectations for direct involvement, practical judgment, and measurable outcomes.

          What it is not

Not a staffing agency, contractor marketplace, or referral network.

Not a leveraged consulting model built around junior delivery teams.

Not a roster the client has to sort through, select from, or coordinate.

Not a substitute for the lead Stratdel executive who remains accountable for the result.
