In 2015, Austin Gilbert founded Stratdel to address a gap he saw firsthand: organizations didn’t need more advice – they needed experienced leaders who could step in and ensure critical initiatives were executed and delivered. With over two decades of experience leading complex programs across strategic marketing, supply chain, operations, and digital transformation, Austin has built a reputation for turning business priorities into measurable outcomes across industries including energy, renewables, professional services, and technology.

Before founding Stratdel, Austin served as a high-performing program leader at Shell Oil, where he was entrusted with delivering some of the company’s most important downstream initiatives. Known for his ability to manage complex, multi-workstream programs, he consistently delivered results on time and on budget while maintaining strong alignment across stakeholders and teams.

Today, Austin leads Stratdel with the same philosophy: hands-on leadership, disciplined execution, and a relentless focus on results. He partners closely with clients to drive clarity, accountability, and momentum – ensuring organizations not only achieve their objectives, but are stronger and better equipped for what comes next.

Austin holds an MBA from Tulane University’s Freeman School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling with his family, coaching youth sports, spending time outdoors, and pursuing his lifelong passion for horses.
